Again, thanks fellas. If you need some web work done, Lori Stroup can help you. She Does amazing work.

Evan, I didn't forget the coffee mug. It might make an appearance in a later version of "on the bench". That will be the one rotating section of the site. So there's still plenty of time!

Steve

Steve that's great. Your designer knows design. I agree it's not cookie cutter looking.
I wish my site would get finished. Had to "change batters" in the middle of the game so to speak.. gaah

The guitars look great and you look like your brother!! wow7-eyes

Thanks for the flattering link as well! I'm honored. I'll make sure it's reciprocal when I get the chance!

Steve,

I like it a lot - nice, simple and elegant and easy to find your way around.

I think this is one of the best I have seen! It draws me in, makes me want to look at everything. So many websites I don't get past the blather of the home page - it usually just makes me want to go away. This one just pulls you in. I like the home page - just enough to make me want to know and see more, but not so much to bore me.
Very Nice!!

Well, there's pretty much nothing wrong with it, 'cept I couldn't get the gallery photo links to work. Also, on your "links" page, since you mention the "OLF" in the explanation line, you might add the word "Official" to the link. Picky, I know.

Guys, I've been away at an OLF Regional, and just saw your kind remarks. I appreciate your efforts to peruse the site and offer critiques. Except for the remark that I "look like my brother".

Thanks,

Steve

O.K, maybe you look better. But I have seen your brother and there is a resemblance.

Steve...this is THE best guitar builder's website I have ever seen and separates yourself from the pack. It is inviting, much like you are. And it truly reflects your personality and treats the reader with respect and dignity...much the same way you treat your OLF brethren. It really looks like you and the website designer were able to communicate on the same frequency and keep the message real instead of using all the meaningless ethereal stuff that seems to permeate too many luthier websites IMO.

Congratulations...you absolutely nailed it!

Congrats on getting that up and running, Steve! Looks good. May it serve you and your customers (and potential customers) well.

Thanks again, guys.
Filippo, basically 2 different guys took the shots. They're both listed on the links page: Jeff Abt, and Clay Bostian. (Both friends, and both local.) I took a few snapshots that appear from time to time, and they are easily distinguishable from the nice photos. The pix were in fact taken over a span of several of years. We've simply been collecting shots, and trying to make them look similar.

JJ--whoa, bud! High praise my friend! My sincere thanks, and especially since I was feeling like there was not enough ethereal stuff on the site. Glad you don't miss it.

Todd, amen bro. Let's here it for potential customers!
Wanna buy a guitar?

Steve
