Yeah Hesh, a cotisone/steroid shot and prescription of Prednisone .

Mike, I was just cleaning up some small trees and brush on the property.
I think I got it on my face from towelling off sweat because I was covered with long sleeves,long pants,and gloves.
Thanks for the tip on Zanfel but I think it's well under control now. What a PITA. :x
