Hello my friends. been awhile since I wrote something, so I thought i should show you all what i´ve been up to lately.
First of is a dread ( my first dreadnought ) mahogany BS Brazilian fretboard, bridge and headplate.
Second is my smaller size model. Zipflex, brazilian BS bridge and headplate. Non of these guitars are ready yet, neck not carved on the dred etc etc.

Let me know what you all think of them so far. [:Y:] [:Y:]

All the best, your buddy Lars

Forgot to mention, that the logo is cut out by our friend Steve Ziefenfuss who did an incredibly beautiful job on the headplated I ordered from him. again Thanks alot Steve.
The photos dont do them justice though, as I am not ready filling yet.
also ,the bridge is just double taped there for the photo :D

Lars

I love the narrow headstocks a lot of people are doing these days. Really folky. That burst is real neat too.

Looks good, Lars.
I like the upper photo headstock,
and the lower photo fretboard end the best.
I'm not a big fan of sunbursts,
but that's just my personal taste.

Hey, Lars, I was just thinking about you today....wondering what you were building these days. It's great to have you back. I love the shapes of your instruments! The wood choices on your sunburst look spectacular to me. When you get it finished, please post some details as well as overall views of the front, back and sides. Very nice logo design, too. In general, dreadnaughts are not my favorite guitars visually (although I do like the way they sound), but yours seems to have that little extra "Lars" touch. I am so glad to see these nice instruments. Please keep us abreast of your progress.

Patrick

Very cool Lars!
I really like how the fretboard binding carries through to the bound headstock on the dred.
Curious that the fretboard appears to be bound before slotting....

Lars, lovely lovely (art) work. You are doing wonderful work especially considering so few instruments in your portfolio!
