Has anyone done bevels for folks that are somewhat tubby in the belly? Pics? Top and bottom? Etc?

For acoustic? I've done armrest bevels based on Tony Karol's tutorials (MIMF? I think) and Rick Turner's comments on same. Haven't done belly bevels but they would be more or less the same techniques.

I use Kent Everett's method. Don't see any reason it wouldn't work on the back too.

Maybe make and glue the back braces on concave rather than convex? idunno

I made a wedge classical for myself. The back was sloped with the part resting on my legs narrower. Didn't help. Needed a diet.

A wedge is certainly the easier way to go for that.

Here is something I came up with a couple of decades ago. I am in the process of dismembering this guitar but will reuse the back and sides as is. I will likely build a larger bodied baritone or acoustic bass with this curved back design. It's actually fairly ergonomic for fat guys like me.
