Does anyone know if General Finishes High Performance cross-links as it cures (like Enduro-Var does)?

Per the General Finishes TDS and SDS, HP is a polyurethane/acrylic blend, so it cures versus dries (i.e., crosslinks to create something different than the material in the can). We used HP on some projects as well, and it handled pretty much like EV-II and similar to EV. Sprays and brushes in a similar fashion.
