I have a nephew that built an OM with my help several years back He called me last night wanting to know If I knew of any LP kits out there with set neck as opposed to bolt-ons that were of any quality. I spent hours last night searching the web and came up blank. I have built (actually assembled finished and set-up) a couple Warmoth LPs for a local performer in the past and they are great quality but as you know they are bolt-ons In fact every thing I found have been bolt-ons. Now I could build the body and carve the top for him but he really just wants a quality kit to build at home himself but is really looking for a set neck. Anyone know of any set neck kit? |

Michael, I have looked in the past as well with no success. I have seen bolt on neck LP kits on eBay, maybe someone is now offering fitted neck kits. Another suggestion might be trying John Watkins, he has build a number of LP's or our very own Mr. Garrish. Michael, you could certainly kit a LP as well. |

I'll second the John Watkins source. I saw one of his latest and it was killer...all CNC'd. |
