Anyone see the GROZ bench and block planes for 19.99? Anyone familiar with the quality, seems like a great price? Back page show the Carvewright CNC. Sure brings up some interesting opportunity to make bridges and other parts--Anyone know if the deal on these as far as capability and quality? |

If they're anything like the Anant planes, they can be made to be nicely functional by working them flat and replacing the irons and chipbreakers with Hock components...about $50. I have 4 such modified Anants and they'll do anything a plane is supposed to do. |
