I've got two PM's that I cannot get to because the new software does not carry through with deleting old messages. go to User Control Panel> Private Messages> Rules, Folders & Settings. There you can set the system to delete the oldest messages when your box is full. I figured this out yesterday when I had the same problem. I'd rather be able to select messages to delete, but there it is. |

From your "Outbox" You can select them one by one, or "Mark All" Then there is a drop down menu to "Delete all marked" I had to do this too. |

Howard, it's the box that defaults to "Mark/Unmark as Important", right under the list of messages, on the right side of the window. Click the down arrow, and scroll down to "delete marked". |
