Looking good David! Is this a Classical or a steel string guitar? Also, be sure to look me up at the Miami show. I really want to meet as many OLF'rs as possible. The only thing I know about where my table will be is that it is up against a wall. I'll have signs and banners. I'll also take time to go looking at other;s guitars during the show too. Maybe an afternoon of picking and grinning after the show one night? |

Nice, Dave. What kind of tuners? I really like them. Nice plain design. I like that a lot. |

Waddy, These are Rodgers tuners with plain brass "Hauser" style plates (the "Rose" engraving pattern which is a single circle around the screw holes) and black MOP buttons. Unfortunately I had to order these specially and they were a long wait. However I just bought a set of similar Reischls with plain plates from GSI that are a stock item and a little less expensive to boot...... Best! |

Rogers tuners, yummy, they are without doubt the finest tuner in the world bar none! I've got a set on my Aram and a set in a box waiting for me to build the guitar for them. Mind you, they don't come cheap! Colin |

Mind you, I'm not making recommendations, here, and I have not used any yet, but I got in on the Rubner Tuner purchase, and they are, surprisingly, nice, particularly, at the price point. Nice heavy plates, good clean construction and smooth operation. They have some very plain versions too. I bought some Gilberts originally for my build, but didn't like how clunky they were on my headstock design. I ended up with a set of Sloans that I think I'm going to use. Those Rogers tuners are really nice looking though, and I would bet they are smooth as silk. |
