I think LMII sells Ivoroid pieces for this........cheap, plus the $$$HAZMAT$$$, not so cheap....so I guess I would need to purchase all the Ivoroid I think I will ever need, including binding material...to offset the fee. And that's certainly doable.

Check ebay. I've gotten celluloid binding there from china without the hzmt fee. They had the ivoroid pattern too. It came fairly quickly, less than two weeks, but that was last June. Don't know how the shipping would be from there now.
