I have always had great service from Shane!
Last week I needed one sheet of some fiber purfling material and he put me one in the mail the next day. I am expecting it any day now. He wouldn't take anything for it either! Now that is service! [:Y:]

YIKES!!! Two Mike Collins in one thread!! Mike, welcome to posting on the OLF!!

As a bit of introduction, Mike Collins (the second?) is a maker of Selmer Maccaferri style guitars in Ontario Canada. Although we had import him from the US!! He has written a book on the construction of these guitars and just very recently completed a DVD (I haven't seen it yet! Hint Hint ;) ) that will/is available from the big suppliers (LMI and I think Stew mac, Mike?). He also has some other ventures that I will let him talk about that may be interest to some Canadians, especially in the central Canada area! He is also now building in the older Gibson style.

So Mike....WELCOME!! And please find some time to get involved here, although I know you have a pretty full plate!

I any of you want to find either of these Mike's, just find one, they have reciprocal links on their websites!

And every one else! Thanks for the kind words and continued support. Believe me, I have been experiencing growing pains lately that have decreased the service level at times but I am hoping to bridge those issues once this next load of logs arrives.........now that Mario straightened me on picture posting, you will all know as soon as I do when the logs get here!

Thanks again!

Shane
