Hey everyone, I'm new at the forums but I've been reading quite a few of your tips to others and decided to share with you my first project. Its a 5 string, maple neck, cherry body, bois de rose fingerboard. Let me know what you think so far and ill keep this updated.

THANKS

Welcome to OLF, vindennl48.

Names are good here.

5 string - ?? The only thing that brings to mind is Keith's open G with no low D.

I like it so far. The cherry body and the bois de rose will be a nice color combination. I would also like to see more of the cnc operation.

Here is the neck with out the headstock in Rhino and MasterCam's cutting path.
I precut the headstock on the bandsaw already so there was no need to draw it up.

cutting it sometime this week hopefully.
