Have any of you showing at the festival in Miami arranged your (guitar) shipping to and from yet?
I've only done a quick read through the exhibitors package, but my first impression is that you can not ship directly to the convention center before the set up day (the 10th) (cutting it kind of close), so we'll have to ship to a warehouse and then have them deliver (I assume there's union influence here) to the convention center. According to the rate sheet it's $82 per 100 pounds and there's a 200 pound limit. Seems a bit rich for 4 guitars...
