Does anyone know who distributes these? Attachment: TC_06_lg[1].jpg It's a 200 watt Vulcan Cartridge Heater from an Ibex bending iron which had an unfortunate tumble and no longer works. I can't find a distributor in Australia and I'm having trouble Googling for any distributors in the States. I can find the Vulcanco website but there's no pointers to retailers on that either. I know I can get them from LMI but I'd like to see if I can get them cheaper elsewhere. Bob |

I don't know where the Vulcan brand comes from, but I would bet Watlow makes one that would be a drop in replacement. I believe they make the "Fire Rod" cartridges, which may be a bit more widely distributed and easier to find. I use them for a number of miscellaneous heaters. |

Here you go. http://www.aussieweb.com.au/map.aspx?id=2058171 If you have the dimensions and wattage, I'm sure Watlow has a FireRod cartridge that will directly replace the Vulcan one. I've used Watlow cartridges and silicone heaters for years and they have always been great. |

Thanks gents. I've just had a look at the Watlow catalogue and it looks like they'll have one that's suitable. Thanks David. Bob |
