Greetings, A while back I showed some shots of my first parlor and Colin asked about a sound clip. I finally got around to recording one and I think this link will get you there. It's totally flat EQ with no effects. That thing seems to have it's own reverb in the midrange. The page takes a few seconds to load. http://kennedyguitars.com/%20Kennedy%20 ... clips.html Thanks, Terry |

There might be something wrong with your webpage/soundclips Terence. I have a super-duper fast cable modem link to the internet (upwards of 6Mbps) but none of your sound clips will play - they just sit there smiling at me. Dave F. |

Terry, thanks for posting that, they worked fine for me (couldn't resisit listening to the others). Parlour guitars never cease to amaze me with the full sound they can produce, yours sounds really good right across the board, lovely. If you've got a rack of guitars, it's always the parlour that you seem to pick up to have a twiddle, I'd be happy with your one in my guitar rack. Thanks again for posting, it was worth waiting to hear it. Colin |

OK, they are working for me now, however, the volume on the first one is awfully low. The guitar sure sounds nice though. Good job! Dave F. |

Smaller guitars have a certain quality of sound which is hard to find in their big sisters. Same goes for classicals imho. But those OMs are not too bad either I like the long scale mahogany most. What preamp are you using? |

Terry, It sounds really sweet - thanks for posting these. I like to hear sound clips. As Dave says the parlour clip is a little quiet compared to the others. I like your James Tayloresque playing on the other clips too. |

Thanks for the comments guys. Sorry about the volume mismatch, that should be fixed now. Alex, I used a MBox for an interface. Dave, I wish I could take credit for the OM soundclips but the guy that did those is a lot better player than I am. I only did the Parlor one. Thanks again for listening. Terry |

Terry buddy the parlor sounds fantastic - open and full and not what one would think from such a small body. I too had to listen to the others and they all sound fantastic to me too. Great work and I enjoyed checking out your jigs page too. Thanks for sharing Terry! |
