Yep. I'm done with the 000, waiting on an email to see which day this wknd I will deliver it. Just got a few b&s sets shipped in, put 'em in the shop after sniffing on 'em for a while (BRW). I'm gonna hang a set on the house fan to get that unique aroma around the home! Just sitting here bored....

I havent been in the shop yet today. I had been trying to sand down some ziricote that has been kicking my behind and decided to take a 100 mile round trip over to woodcraft this morning to buy some 36 grit sandpaper for the sander. I met another luthier while I was there. When I saw the guy going through the wood pile and tapping wood for tonal qualities, I knew he had to be a lutheir. It was a good meeting and I'm glad to have had the time to chat with him. He builds only custom electrics.

Now that it is after 3pm, I better get out to the shop and see if I can accomplish something for the day.

OK, Michael, I found the gremlins...they were at my house. Just sanded off the lacquer and burst on the 000 top due to some drop fill issues. Proof that you can "just one more little thing" something to death. [headinwall]
gotta start over now. [headinwall]
