OK here comes my first "I dont know if its ok to ask" question. I am to build an SJ as some of you know, back and sides of Black limba. and I will use Macassar ebony for bindings. Bob at RC is out and so is John Hall. so I was wondering if anyone else had some that I could buy. the reason for wanting Maccassar and not plain ebony is that my neck is flanked with Macassar, so my designhead tells me that its a must.
.I hope its ok to ask. My mother always told me "you can allways ask! , you cant get more than a NO" Although at times, a black eye.
