Great website Steve, fast, unpretentious, clear with all the needed info and a ton of great pictures. Was that done with iWeb?

Great looking site Steve! Very easy to navigate and all of your images really look great. Under Prices/Options the silhouette is very cool. Love it [:Y:]

Very nice, Steve, slick, inviting, well-organized.

Laurent, it does have those iWeb-like reflections, but appears to have been done in Dreamweaver.

Nice Steve. Very professional looking, it doesn't have that "cookie cutter" look. It is easy to navigate and the photography is well done. It's about time you got off your bother's webpage.

Outstanding site, Steve. Aesthetically, very pleasing. Good information, but not too much. Great photography. Instantly interesting on the home page. Good job.

Top drawer Steve! I'll echo everyones comments. Great site with a great layout and very easy to navigate. I really like the way you broke down the picture galleries as well.

A+++

Hey guys, many thanks!
If the site looks good/behaves itself, it's because I did NOT design it.
I paid a professional to do that work.
I'm pretty sure that she did use Dreamweaver.
I'm pleased that it's loading quickly!
Thanks again.

Steve

I think that your website looks excellent. A+

The only thing that I would worry about is all of the links to tonewood and parts suppliers. That might make people think that it would be cheaper to build their own. Thats just my thought though.

I really did enjoy your website, great job. [clap] [clap] [clap]

Excellent site Steve my friend and a model for what other successful sites should emulate.

I too wanted to mention the tone and if I had to use one word to describe how you are portrayed by your site is would be approachable which is exactly what you want. Your passion for building shines through and a very high level of professionalism is very present too. I also liked the endorsement/testimonial with "Boomer" being mentioned.

People WANT to buy from people and it's important for us to realize this in our approach to the marketplace. We are not serving the potential clients who are happy to pick up a GC guitar that had no individual ownership taken in the care and craftsmanship that it was constructed with. The sort of person that you are will be important to your clients. And with this said your site portrays you as a reliable, passionate, consummate craftsman who will do your best to deliver a world class product or die trying.

I have a bit of a personal issue when I see a Luthier's site that is dripping with distracting flash motion and just to much information. We are supposed to be Luthiers/artists/craftspeople and I believe that the market will understand that the latest and greatest web technology is not what anyone is looking for from us.

I would buy from you and this is meant as a huge compliment.

Very well done! [:Y:] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap]

Looks great! Steve. I wish you put a coffee cup in the "On the Bench" section like we joked about.
Best, Evan

Again, thanks fellas. If you need some web work done, Lori Stroup can help you. She Does amazing work.

Evan, I didn't forget the coffee mug. It might make an appearance in a later version of "on the bench". That will be the one rotating section of the site. So there's still plenty of time!

Steve

Steve that's great. Your designer knows design. I agree it's not cookie cutter looking.
I wish my site would get finished. Had to "change batters" in the middle of the game so to speak.. gaah

The guitars look great and you look like your brother!! wow7-eyes

Thanks for the flattering link as well! I'm honored. I'll make sure it's reciprocal when I get the chance!
