the CA will wick well but cures too fast.

look into using a slow cure laminating epoxy like west systems 105/205. That will wet out well and with a little heat will thin down and wick a long way before curing.

not a reversable solution, but it should work.

Todd, I also was thinking of some epoxy if you get it worked back into all of the delaminated area. Should give you plenty of working time.
