All joking aside, John Mayes does in fact have two new great products out - he just released two more instructional DVD's! I haven't had time to check them out yet, but if they're anything like the 12 I have from him already, they'll be excellent. I plan on ordering them next week sometime.

Cheers,
Dave F.

Please buy my rulers!

haha... I found a yardstick one time in a farm and fleet that was the Mayes brand. I, of course, snatched it right up (it was only like $2). It was one of the most crappy measuring devices ever made. So I know it must be mine!!

And thanks for the plug. There is going to be a set of the two new DVD's up here for auction as soon as Lance gets around to it. I've just made a new page on my website to order the DVD's as well.

I have like four of these, and hey, I have no QC issues like John did with his. I'm all American, er or English measure in my shop, but when it comes to gluing a bridge I find myself going over the the Metric scale every time.

They are inexpensive, but work pretty good. I usually end up measuring with the Luthier's scales too. Zac, you got us!
