I finally got it all hooked up and adjusted. Hooked the Delta dust collector to it. Sucks like a dream. Airflow around drum is great. I tested quite a bit then finally put a piece of curly maple through it to use as a tail piece (nice wood zootman)

Worked great! Very happy with this thickness sander.

I also set-up mine and thicknessed a rosette and a couple of tops. MIne was out of alignment (drum was too high towards end). I had a heck of a time getting it to align. I think I am close now- looks like the end is a few thousandths higher (which causes the tops to be slightly thicker in the middle).

I have mine connected to my Festool CT-22 Dust extractor and am very pleased with the results.

Mike, are you using the paper that came with the 10-20, or did you put on something different?

Well, as you know, I destroyed the conveyor belt... bought new one from klinspor ($19) and while there I bought a roll of 80 grit... but still using the paper that came with it. Also, while at klingspor, I bought one of those giant erasers (2"x2"x12", $7-$9). Cleans the paper great!
