If you want to continue to make this scale length make a template
so you know where the saddle goes!
It' makes life easier!!!!!1

My 2nd build will be an L-00 (not even close to done on first, but I like to plan ahead). The plans call for a 24.75" scale. If I choose to use a 24.9" scale, is the adjustment as simple as moving the bridge further by .15"? I feel like that would be too simple and I am missing something obvious. Thx! Glenn |

Actually the adjustment will only be about half of .15" so about .075" since about half of the extra scale length will be in the neck(depending on 12 or 14 fret join) |

For future reference, I used the Stew Mac fret calculator http://www.stewmac.com/FretCalculator for a 22.875 scale parlor and the intonation was basically perfect on the initial stringing. (If you select "acoustic guitar" in the instrument field it will give you saddle location data). |
