I am selling my Grizzly 24" bandsaw. Obviously, you will need to be able to move it to your shop yourself - crating would be expensive and a huge hassle. I am really taking a significant loss on this machine and figured this might be of interest to an OLF memeber. It is on eBay right now. Here is a link:

Hey I just saw that on Ebay today! Read the part about making guitars and chuckled to myself. Really a fantastic deal, but freight to Northern Calif would be cost prohibitive. Awesome saw though.

I kind of hope nobody buys it. At least until I can get back from Nashville. I have been wanting one of these and Simon isnt that far from me. It would be an easy haul home.

Of course money talks and all else walks, so if you got the cash and need it, by all means jump on this deal!!

That is an awesome saw! For the price you're selling it at, though, I'd be inclined to keep it as a second. It would be more valuable to me that way than that amount of money. (the buy it now price)

It is a really good price IF you can pick it up yourself (crating/freight are very expensive) - which is why I posted a thread over here. I don't know if we are normally allowed to "market" our listings but figured this would be a good exception. And so I do hope it goes to a fellow builder. I would keep it for myself - any less than $1300 and it just doesn't make much sense to get rid of it - but my shop is VERY small and I simply don't have enough room for two bandsaws. And also, finances are tight.

But this thing has been a true workhorse.
