Has anyone ever balanced a robosander? Mine kicks around a bit, I would like to set it to be more smooth. What I am thinking is putting balance screws in the top of the rubber thing. Anyone ever do anything, or would you like to brainstorm this right now? ![]() |

Might want to try it in another chuck or drill to be sure it is the sander at fault. There is a system for anchoring the other end on a rotating cone to stabilize it. I use it for almost all Robo-Sander applications. Takes the stress off your drill press. Get it at Lee Valley. http://www.leevalley.com/wood/page.aspx ... at=1,42500 Terry |
