I just noticed the tonewood species and grade beside each profile, (sorry, I didn't pay attention to it before.) I see that some have different ones and Hesh has OLD GROWTH BRAZILLIAN, Seniority????? Just wondering how this works? oops_sign

The more posts you have written the higher your grade. It is kind of like a badge of honor to some but more like the scarlet letter to Hesh laughing6-hehe laughing6-hehe laughing6-hehe

Thanks Michael, I wasn't sure how that worked.

gaah :D OK you guys your's is coming when you least expect it......... :D

Billy bro how much to Photoshop Michael and Waddy??? :D

The wood designation is simply a ranking of how prolific a member/poster is in terms of the number of posts made. It has absolutely no bearing on the knowledge or skill that a member has.

The OLF went to our third generation software in late 2007 and this new software, much better than in the past, would not support a number of posts over 10,000. When we made the switch I had something like 9,600 posts at that time so Lance and Brock were kind enough to not make me start all over and created the old growth BRW designation for posters with 10,000 posts not shown on the counter......

Be thankful though on another forum that I participate with new members have to be "pallet wood" for a while...... :D

What Hesh failed to mention was that I was the most prolific poster for almost 2 years before he joined and he surpassed me with in 6 months of being a member..... I have over 8000 real pertinent and to the point no nonsense posts in over four years, Hesh has 6000 comedy routines. laughing6-hehe laughing6-hehe Just kidding bro
