Hello all. I'll be finishing my first jatoba top shortly, and wondering if anyone has any tips apart from the usual. Thanks. |

It just cracks me up! Such a great site! Till last week, I had not even heard of Jatoba. I posted a few questions last week about Jatoba (found a source) and now I have seen at least two new Jatoba posts. Looks like a sweet wood! But, it is a bit dense for a top, no? But it might make an excellent Uke top, bottom, and side material. Brazillian Cherry, right? Mike |

I bet it would make a fine Uke material too. (top, side and bottoms) Mike |
