In the workshop book Cindy Burton and Jeff Elliot had wood room. My idea is to have a closet climate controlled rather than trying to do the whole shop. And as Steven Wright said in one of his jokes put in a humidifier and dehumidifier and have then fight it out. Wood for coming builds and in process work could be kept there. I wonder if a in process guitar could absorb that much moisture in a work session. I am working in my garage and I wonder if even a large humidifier could combat a concrete floor and leaky garage doors. I have a friend with a gun closet in his shop and he told me it has a light bulb in it to produce heat so his guns don't rust. Has anyone ever tried anything like this? And if so what were the results and pros and cons. I wonder how long it would take for wood to stabilize if were put in this type room? Thanks for your input-Bill the Greenman
