Can someone tell me if these are the appropriate bottles for hide glue storage/use:

http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/item.a ... &catid=750

The description says it is good up to 140F.

Thanks,
Scott

I've used those same bottles. They're fine...as is any poly propylene bottle used in many applications. My main bottles are washed out Titebond bottles. Some applicator tips work better than others.

Yes, those bottles are great for hhg, and all kinds of other things. I buy the 2 oz, 4 oz, and 6 oz ones for many uses. I use them for various shellac colors when I'm French polishing too, as well as for alcohol, various oils, water, thinned glues, etc. They will also hold up to boiling between glue batches if you are careful with them.
