Good morning guys, I purchased a couple of rosewood pick guards on ebay, Is there a supplier where I can buy a very thin two sided adhesive ?? Gregg |

Hey! Check out with Tesa, it's a industrial tape company i found recently. Really great stuff. www.tesatape.com I think you could just call them and ask for a free sample. By the way, I have seen in the past double sided tape that apply only glue. That is very thin. Good luck, Francis |

You can get it at scrapbooking stores too. I only know that from pilfering my wife's supplies. |

This is more a comment on my own technique than the two-sided adhesive. I used it on a little mandolin pick guard, and thought I had it rubbed down very well. When I tuned the instrument up, the pick guard buzzed against the top at a couple of frequencies. If this happens to you, don't freak out. Warm the area gently with a hair drier, then burnish it down again. After I did that, mine was fine. |
