After 15 yrs of use, it/s making a kind of clacking noise.Checked underneath, seems to run fine .Anyone else have this problem, or maybe you have had a similiar problem ? checked the net couldn/t find any info.Found out clayton is owned by htc now , sounds like the noise/squeak/clack is coming from the oscillating shaft. Thanks

Update , the motor asembly had to be pulled out total PITA , and the spindle shaft lubed with PB blaster unfreezes everything and 3in 1 oil on the main spindle shaft . Unbolted the 2adjusting bolts and tightened the twin v belts . Clacking and squeaking stopped . Just had to find manual to seperate the bottom assembly fom the top .
