What else can you do but try and fit the patterns like it looks like you are doing? There is always a certain amount of waste, sucks but alas that's wood. |

If you have a market for three piece backs that might make life easier. Guitar back and sides are probably the most lucrative use for that species, but there are other markets for it. |

I have the same issue with several huge planks of BRW.. One solution is 3 or 4 piece backs.. |
