I've been combing around trying to find the router guide/jig that Greven shows in his retop demo. Anyone know where I can find one or what it's called? I'm an idiot with power tools honestly.

He is using a fairly standard laminate trimmer edge guide. They used to come with some trimmers and are somewhat specific to the router. You can sometimes find them on ebay for not too much money. I use them with an added donut for bindings
What type of router do you have? Sometimes you can adapt one brand's attachment to another's.

Number of routers guitar builders use, there's got to be thousands going spare.

I have a makita variable speed and one of the Bosch colt routers I also have a rigid one I keep just for binding on my setup. Thanks for the info I'll dig a little further and see what I can find.

You’ll need a makita rt701 trim router to use it with. I have this setup and it works well.
