Hello.
I realize that this forum isn't for ukulele's but I have reason to believe that this specific one could be build from wood used for guitars.

You can see photos here:

My question is - what kind of wood is used for the top, body, neck and fretboard.

The top looks bit like spruce, but I am not a specialist.

Thank you!

Looks like Spruce over mahogany, not sure of the FB, maybe try the uke part of forum http://www.luthiersforum.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=10128 and type the label details (make, model, WHY) - can't make it out.

The name catgut is confusing. There are two explanations for the mix up.

Catgut is an abbreviation of the word cattle gut. Gut strings are made from sheep or goat intestines, in the past even from horse, mule or donkey intestines.

Otherwise it could be from the word kitgut or kitstring. Kit meant fiddle, not kitten.

I have a Giannini guitar with a similar top wood - some sort of tropical soft hardwood is my guess (almost paulownia like), but it's plywood so the actual species isn't too important. Check the edge of the sound hole to see if yours is plied.
Giannini used plywood for many of their guitars. It made for a more stabile construction for export instruments, as many of the Japanese makers did.

Being from Brazil probably local woods. So not Koa for example. Looks a lot like mahogany. The neck could be Spanish Cedar but that has a mahogany look too. The FB may even be stained mahogany. Or perhaps some sort of fruit tree wood like pear wood.

The top appears to be pine. The fingerboard looks like Philippine mahogany (lauan). The back is most likely cedro (Spanish cedar).
No clue on the neck.
