Post subject:  pearloid cutting tools

I am using some incudo pearloid celluloid laminate acrylic sheet I purchased from Rothko and frost for the headplate, pickgaurd and bindings.
I need to know what tools I can use to cut this material. For the HP and PG I would like to use my bandsaw with a 6tpi blade, is that too course?
If so I would consider buying a finer blade. The HP is all straight lines. It would also be nice to use the tablesaw. I am considering a fine diablo blade 7" x 24t or my fret saw blade, 6" x ~100t. I tried sanding it on the belt sand and that works well/ I'll be cutting the binding with a fine back saw in a mitre box. On another subject I want to buy some carbon fibre .125 x .325ish In CANADA and have yet to find anyone.

next gen has .25 x .375. I've always used .125. Is there room for something that thick?

if you use the band saw be sure to use a zero clearance , like a piece of plywood allow a little and sand to final shape it isn't that difficult
