After seeing Hesh’s post inspired me to show what I do as far as the repair business.
I usually don’t post the stuff on this forum I just show the new instruments I make.

I split my time between building and doing sub-contracting work for a friend of mine’s business.
The name of his shop is 812 Guitars his name is Chavez. He mostly does set ups, repairs cracks, Glues bridges , wiring, etc.and since he has so much work he hires me to do the “heavy lifting”.
I also do quite a few Fret jobs as well.
He lives about 40 minutes from me and I go to shop every two weeks and bring back a pile of guitars and pick up a pile of guitars.
Here’s what’s in my shop now just to give an idea of what we do.

This is a 1951 Martin.
Check out the incredible straight grain dead quartersawn Brazilian rosewood!
It needs a neck reset, fret job, new bridge And a couple of long splits in the back and top that need to be repaired.
It is also being converted to a lefty.
It already had a neck reset in the past And somebody saw the board off of the 12th fret which was the way we used to do it back in the day but not anymore

This is a Tacoma Koa guitar that I stripped and refinished.
Tacoma had a problem where there finishes peeled off in sheets.
I finished it in nitro.
We are no longer taking in full finishing of Guitars.

A 60s Gibson 12 string inlays in the head were missing and I replaced them Space and needed all the back braces re-glued. Also fix a split in the back.

A custom shop Martin that had a shattered neck.
We reglued the neck did some wood patches and color work and build up the lacquer.
Also has the binding pulling away from the body in one place that has to be repaired and a couple of lacquer cracks from when it fell but have to be touched up.

Straight re-glue on a bridge that was coming up on a 1970 Martin

Thanks Brad! Some cool projects there. Maybe we need a central thread for interesting repairs that cross our benches…

Yay :). Very cool thread and posts Brad and good on ya.

The 51 Martin is a BIG project and we would charge BIG bucks because of the opportunity costs of the time that it's going to take.

If you lived closer we could fill your car every two weeks too with these sort of Jobs that we are turning away again now that we are fully booked on larger jobs again.
