Hi folks, Several years ago I built this:  Following the video from our OLF friend Chris Paulick here - https://youtu.be/9oRqUK-CMIo When I built it I bought mostly enough stuff for two of them. I don’t know why.  The threaded knobs, nuts and all thread are needed to have the full kit. I made one of these and dedicated a trim router to it. A more useful bargain ain't to be had! Says me. |

Trevor Gore has posted in the past about his modification to eliminate backlash from a jig of this general type. I incorporated his ideas into my own jig and with a precision aftermarket collet and bits you have a rig of almost toolroom precision for chump change.
