I just strung up this cherry 00. I thought I'd try something different and I stained the neck black. It's an interesting contrast to the cherry body. Otherwise, it's pretty simple and clean. It sounds nice already. https://www.swiftcreekguitars.com/cherry-00.html |

Hey Brad. The neck was sprayed with black transtint in EM-6000 (50 drops per oz.). I masked off the headplate and the heel cap... |

I was just wondering if that's what it was based on. I love that shape. I've built a few with that shape. I had a 30s Gibson L-00 a while back; mine aren't at all like the Gibsons, except for that shape. It's a classic. |
