Hello, I'm looking for copies of Hans Brentrup's books "Building the American Mandolin" and "Building the Obscure American Guitar." I was in contact with Mr. Brentrup prior to his passing to buy a copy of both but life happened and I wasn't able to make my purchase. Since his passing, his website says the books are out of print. If anyone has spare copies, or if anyone is in contact with any of his kin folks who might be able to help me out, I'd very much appreciate it. I'm willing to pay for them, of course. Not asking for anything free. Thank you for your time. |

I've got a copy of his "Building the Obscure American Guitar." I enjoyed reading it but am ready to pass it on. We recently boxed up everything to get the house painted and won't get it unboxed till late June when my new office/music room furniture gets here. If that works send me a PM and we can work it out. Heck, I'm just up the 75 from you a little ways. |
