I was at an event the other day in the SF Bay Area that was billed as a guitar fondle/jam session. There were several luthiers present including Lance McCollum, Bruce Sexauer, Howard Klepper, Kathy Wingert, John Mellow and myself. I kept seeing this guitar whose headstock inlay looked familiar but it was always occupied by a player so I never had the chance to pick it up and check it out. A day or so later and pictures of the event were posted on a couple of guitar forums and there it was again, this time it had a name attached and that name was Paul Woolson. This is a guitar that Paul has sent out on the road to various players around the country and is getting rave reviews. I wish I had had a chance to play it but like I said it was always occupied so Paul, you must have a winner there.
I did get to play several great guitars made by Lance, Bruce, Howard and Kathy.John How38972.3900231481

John, if you want, I can put you on the list. It will be in Santa Cruz for another couple of weeks but can have it head your way if you'd like.
Glad the get together went well. I was pretty antimidated when Alan asked me if he could bring the guitar. Pretty tough company. But evedently it didn't completely suck or I would have heard about it. Right?
Are the pics on the APM? Where else. I'd like to see faces of those I know (and those I don't)
