Coen Bros. fan? I love their work.
My Buddy Ernie couldn't stop talking about it, I thought it sounded dumb! Boy, was I wrong! Hanks is a genius! Extremely well written for the subject!

You and me, are like the only people I know, who've seen it! I laughed like an idiot!

HA! I should explain...I'd just delivered one of our nice, modern, comfortable jets to it's new owner (CityJet over in Dublin) and was riding back on Delta...don't see too many movies up front!!!!

Ron, you should be happy Larry was awake! And don't forget the wet T-shirt contests they have on planes, that's to keep the pilots from snoozing!

A few favorites...

"That Thing You Do!"
"Oh Brother Where art Thou?"
"National Treasure" - I like it too...a little mystery, a little history.
"Simone" an Al Pacino flick, - about a movie producer/director and a computer generated movie starlett...very well thought out movie.

My all time favorite is " Contact" with Jodie Foster, what a great actress, the movie is slow to start kickin' in but when it does, it is captivating! I really watched it often.

Do any of you use Netflix? (www.netflix.com). I started over the summer
with the two dvd's at a time, unlimited rentals plan for $14.95 I believe.

I was uneasy at first because of the impulse thing. Do I really want to
wait for a dvd to come in the mail? But I've actually found it to be a non-
issue. Turn-a-round time from my mailbox to getting a new dvd through
the mail slot is three days. If I send in on monday, I can probably expect
a dvd on wednesday; though it fluctuates. It also depends on where the
closest netflix shipping facility is. Thankfully, mine is two hours away.

They have every dvd ever published by a major publisher, so the selection
is AMAZING. The impulse thing has turned into a non-issue simply
because of the gluttony of it all. haha. I've been burning through the
Gilmore Girls season by season for two months now.
