What can you say about a guy who:

Faced with a snowstorm, rents a generator to so he can keep supplying us with zoot?

Goes through your order with an eagle eye, spots a small crack in a board, immediately emails you to let you know, and chooses an even better set to send you?

Holds your order and dries the wood for you until it's ready to ship, so there are no surprises when you get it?

Packs your order so well, there's not a baggage handler on earth that could harm it?

Surprises you by including a very nice Lutz top free of charge, because you had to "wait" for your order (due to the snowstorm mentioned above)?

Well BobC is just that kind of guy. I can not recommend him enough to anyone looking for great woods and great service.

No matter what you call him....BobC, The Zootman, El Zootarino (if you're not into the whole brevity thing) Bob is THE MAN!!!!!

Bob, my friend, you make every order a great experience.

Bob has re-defined what excellent customer service is all about. I'll bet we all have stories such as Russ' where The Zootman went above and beyond and surprised us with incredible service, pricing and kindness.

We're lucky to have Bob as a valuable supplier. Most of all, I personally feel lucky to have him as a friend!

Hesh,

Here's the zoot in question...sorry for the poor pics!

First, a little black limba

Next, a set of wild zebrano

And another set, just for good measure!

The Lutz Bob sent along (as a gift) is also VERY nice. Very light and stiff, probably 30+ lines/inch, and it sounds sweet to the tap! I'm sure it will make a fine guitar.

Bob is great, Bob is goot...let us thank him for our zoot!

Russ, I have to say I am in complete agreement here. I just got some wood in from Bob and I have to say it is very fine stuff. And his customer service is top notch for sure!

Thanks, Bob!
