Besides LMI and Stewmac does anyone have a source for the teflon strips?
I need different sizes than what LMI and Stewmac offers... Trying to inlay very narrow pearl.
Any help would be gladly appreciated!

Thanks!

I retrieved some HDPE that a neighbor threw out; the stuff they use for cutting boards. It was in pieces four or six feet long. I run it through my joiner, cut off a slice, and take it down to thickness with the Wagner planer before cutting off strips. You can get the stuff through plastics supply houses in most cities, I think. You don't need to use real Teflon, which is much more expensive; the HDPE keeps it's shape well and doesn't stick to most glues.

Ahh... yes, Peter, now I understand. I have what you need.

I have sheets of stock. I can cut any size you need.
