Has anyone used the MOP tuner buttons from Andy D.? I've been asked to install a set and wondered if they will drop right onto a regular Schaller shaft. Looking at them on Andy's site, they don't appear to have a brass bushing or anything inside and I wonder if they will tighten down properly. I'll call Andy later this week and ask, but I thought, out of 1200 plus luthiers, one of you might know.

Wish I could help you Ron, but I've never used them. I'm sure Andy will give you all the info if you call him though. I need to call him myself and order a bunch of rose inlay stuff for my next client guitar.

Ron, I have to call Andy tomorrow. If I remember (rare these days) I'll ask him for details.

Also giving you another bump.
