I have been working on a purchase agreement, and I just can't seem to get it a point that I am close to happy with it.
I'd much rather spend my time building!   

Is there a standard form, or is there a nice one that is public domain that I can copy, or use as a starting point?

My basic agreement is
1/3 upon order to cover the materials ( non refundable)
1/2 upon delivery
remainder upon customer agreemenet that the unit is as ordered.
