A funny story a buddy of mine was relating.

His wife was about to start a new job a few weeks ago. So, she was giving him a friendly reminder to make sure the router was working as she'd be needing it soon. His thinking went like this..."Funny, I don't have a router. I have a table saw and a drill and a few other power tools, but no router."
Her response..."I thought we had one already...I want to be able to connect to the internet wirelessly."

wait...a woodworker with a tablesaw who doesn't own several routers? Weirdo...

(besides, you pronounce the two differently over here; rooter for the PC thing, as in routing a signal, or route 66, router for the tool)
