Vicky Beeching came out with a stellar looking Gibson Dove Dred. I was quite impressed with her performance as a worship leader/ musician. Wow. www.vickybeeching.com She has some nice rotating clips on the site, plays automatically.

She warmed up for none other than Susan St. James. I'm glad I had some ear plugs with me. I knew so much of her music from listening to Christian Radio. She grew on me as the evening progressed.

Then came Michael Smith with Delirious, what a band. And the professionalism of the light show was incredible. Finally he took a guitar for a couple numbers. A McPherson. It's nice when you can recognize just about any acoustic out there. Great band and performance. Very touching, real, and memorable.

Rebecca.

So we had a girl from UK London, then Australia.

One of the coolest things was when Martin Smith brought all the band's children up on stage for a number and introduced each one. I think there were like sixteen kids to twenty among them. Amazing, and cute.... oh wow.

Martin Smith is a consumate performer and his message is unexcelled.

Hung out with the D-boys back before they were known here in North America. There were/are many at the church I was at who are still good friends with them.

You know that they (the band members) each married a sister from the same family.

They are great guys, and to think Martin could sing or play a lick of guitar back in 1990. They've come a long way.
