I ordered a kit with serviced sides and now that I have it in the mold I have a lot of springback. I have it clamped up in the mold, but is there a way to coax the wood into better fitting the mold? The shape is right and when clamped up it there is very little varience, but when I remove it from the mold it is a different story. Would spritzing it with water and letting it sit a week or two help or should I just but the blocks on it and not worry about it?

Thanks for the advice. I was getting concerned when I saw just how bad it was. I'll see about getting sides trimmed and blocks glued on this week.
