A few thoughts on handling your strings.
Each package of strings are packed in the corrosion proof bags that daddario supplied.
They are taped closed. Each size string is wrapped at the ball end with LMI brown tape.
I used fresh latex gloves through out the entire packing process, the strings never touched my skin. What I would suggest you all do is unpack your strings and remove the tape.
Then repack and seal as air tight as you can.
Used rubber or latex gloves always.

If anyone else has any other ideas that would help the strings last longer in storage, please speak up and post it here.

Thanks.

Awww; I was hoping to get some of your DNA in my order.

I'll get over it.

You da Man, Lance!

Lance, I know this is going to sound ungrateful, but how do we get the tape residue off of the strings? What can I use that won't corrode them?

Thanks Lance and Brock, look forward to getting them soon. I am sure this was a vast undertaking. Good work and have a good weekend. Now to build enough guitars to put the strings on.
