We're all set for a blast this weekend starting midday Friday and ending
Sunday afternoon.

Here's the info for all who are joining us:

Shop address: 118 North 35th Street, Seattle. It's in the Fremont district
between 1st and Phinney Aves, behind Chilies Paste restaurant and
Condor Electronics, right on the canal and just a few blocks from Dusty
Strings (and the troll, the statue of Lenin, and the Fremont rocket ship).
Park wherever you can on 35th, 36th, or the adjacent avenues. You can
access the shop from 35th Street or from the alley between 35th and
36th.

Phones: The best number is 802-238-2653. That's my cell phone and it's
almost always with me. The shop number is 206-547-1407. I answer it
whenever I hear it.

I'll be at the shop from 10 am on Friday. The first scheduled activity is the
visit to the Dusty Strings harp-and-dulcimer factory at 3:30. It's nearby, a
short drive. Brent McElroy will be joining us at the shop before we go and
returning with us for supper and the evening's activities.

Saturday is full of fun at Gurian's shop, Cat's repair shop for a fret and set
up demo and discussion, and back here at the main shop. Sunday, we'll
visit Rob Girdis' shop. Things will wind down around 2 pm.

Don't hesitate to call or write if there's anything you need! See y'all soon!

Rick

I'm very sad to say that I will not be able to attend this gathering.

You guys and gals are going to have a blast, sure would have been nice to put some faces to names.

Hopfully next year

See you on Friday, looking forward to it!

I'm bringing a friend along who also builds but I haven't been able to get him to visit the forum. Sort of a last minuite (sp) thing
