Ron that is one fine looking combination of wood and appointments. I do like Celtic art and your owl looks quite at home.

Did you cut and grave the owl as well? You sure do nice inlay work.

Bravo!

P.S. Syrupy - my backside. Everyone really likes your guitar.

Thanks, Lillian
I wasn't exactly sure what WOLF meant, but I figured it was good.

Anthony, the inlays were cut by Andy Depaul's gang, but I did inlay them. Thanks

Ron

Ron, it wasn't just me. I sent the thread to Sweetie and to my son, separate ends of the house, both of them had the same initial reaction. So, as far as the Watson household is concerned, ya done good Ron.
As Harry Potter would say "Nice one Ron" - it's even got the owl

Fabulous stuff - your building skills are on the up and up. Lovely woods and finish and I bet it sounds great. That's one lucky friend
Thanks, Dave. I'm not in your league yet, but I am improving. Since I have the owl, maybe a Harry Potter theme could work.

Ron

Very Nice
I attempted one of those rosettes and it ended up in a million pieces.
I even tried the clear duct tape transfer, but I still ruined it.

excellent job Ron
That rosette is nicely done, the top purfling matches it very well. The owl is wonderful. I am impressed with the etching on it. Great workmanship as well. Very nice!

Thanks, Andy and John. The owls are beautifully done, John, by DePaul. Unfortunately, this one was a little uneven on top and I sanded through some of the etching, but it still looks fine to me.
